{Can I take a Molly O class in person?}

While we love to see your smiling face in person while we teach, we have found that we can reach so many more people by offering online classes.

But that doesn’t mean that one day we won’t meet! We are working on ways to meet up virtually. We also dream of one day hosting weekend conferences where you will be able to take a Molly O class in person.

{Where do you get your supplies?}

Where don’t we get our supplies? While we try to buy as many supplies locally and definitely in the United States whenever possible, our supplies do come from all over the world. We have spent years developing relationships with suppliers so that we can offer you the most unique, high end supplies possible.

{How often do you post new classes?}

As we ramp up our online video classes, we will be trying to post videos weekly, if not daily. We are working hard to bring you as many classes as we can put together. If there is something you don’t see that you are dying to learn how to make, then just drop us a line and we will work on it as soon as possible!

{How quickly will I receive my supplies once I place an order?}

We will do our best to get them in the mail the same day they are ordered. We know that once you get that creative
itch, you want your supplies ASAP! We have been known to stalk our own mailbox when we know new supplies are
arriving, and you probably aren’t any different. In most cases, orders will ship within 24 hours.

{Can I just pick up my order if I live in Las Vegas?}

Unfortunately, that is not an option at this time. But we will let you know as soon as walk-in pick ups are available.

{What if I need large quantities of supplies? Do you sell wholesale?}

We don’t currently offer wholesale pricing, but we do offer bulk discounts. If you ever need a large amount of one item, feel free to contact us for special bulk pricing.

{Why do you only offer Swarovski crystals?}

While we do love to make projects on a budget, we are also not willing to let the quality suffer. Through years of testing and trials we have found that Swarovski crystals are by far the best crystals available today. Their brillance produces a much more professional and high end product.We however recommend that crystals are not to be used by children under the age of 12 due to lead content.
