- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after order and payment are received (not including weekends and holidays). If you need a rush on your shipment, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. During busy seasons, such as Christmas, it may not be possible to expedite shipments. We will make every effort to get your shipment out as quickly as possible. For shipments outside of the continental United States, please contact us regarding shipping rates and delivery.
- Returns & Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your order or if any items are found to be damaged, you may make a return within 15 days of purchase. You must contact us through our contact page on the site regarding your Return/Refund so that we can approve the return. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with original packaging. Failure to do so may affect your final refund. We do not refund shipping costs. Please return items in a secure, padded envelope. For extra protection, you may wish to send using delivery confirmation. Molly O Designs is not responsible for orders damaged or lost in transit.
